The cottage is located off the road and is sheltered by trees. It has recently been re-furbished and is warm and cosy with full central heating.  It can sleep up to four guests and has two bedrooms, one double bed and one twin bed (which can also be converted into a kingsize bed), two bathrooms (1 en-suite) with showers. Bed linen and towels are provided. A third w/c and washbasin is situated off the entrance hallway which also has ample space for boots and coats.

The Kitchen is light and airy and well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Other facilities include a washing machine, tumbledryer and a freezer.

The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable

The cottage has a lovely garden full of local trees and plants with a pond and magical views overlooking Loch Bay.
