• We regret we can’t take children under 12 years of age.
• Rainbow Cottage is a non-smoking establishment and we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
• Covid 19 safety measure, as outlined by the Scottish Government, are followed. We expect our guests to follow the guidelines as well to ensure everyone’s safety.
• At the time of booking, the completion of a booking form and a deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required.
• Payment can be made by Paypal via the booking form or you can send a cheque payable to Chris and Meena Watts.
• The balance of the payment should be made 12 weeks before commencement of letting period. If the balance is not received by this date, then the owners will be entitled to re- let for the period.
• For bookings made less than 12 weeks in advance, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
