• Rainbow cottage is let from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10 am departure.

• This is a non-smoking establishment and we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

• At the time of booking, the completion of a booking form and a deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required. Payment can be made by Paypal via the booking form or you can send a cheque payable to Chris and Meena Watts.
• The balance of the payment to be made 12 weeks before commencement of letting period. If the balance is not received by this date, then the owners will be entitled to re- let for the period.
• For bookings made less than 12 weeks in advance, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
• Weekly tariff as set out below:

Jan 7 2012 to March 30  2012	£500 per week
March 31 2012 to Sept 28 2012	£575 per week
Sept 29 2012 to Dec 14 2012	£500 per week
Dec 15 2012 to Jan 4 2013	£650 per week
